Your Spirit Animal is the Turtle

Just like the turtle, you understand that there is no greater power than being truthful with yourself and others. You seek to honor the power of truth itself because you know that will lead you to a life without regret.

Truth is one of the 7 Grandfather Teachings. Truth means to show honor and sincerity in all things you say and do. Truth gives us the ability to live without regret and live with the facts of reality without questioning or judgment.

Truth is represented by the turtle because he is one of the oldest animals on our planet. He lives his life slowly and meticulously because he understands the importance of both the journey and the destination. Truth is to know both of these things. You are like the turtle because you understand your place in this life and can apply that understanding to the way you walk through life by being true to yourself and all other things.

The Creator gave the turtle the ability to move slowly, thoughtfully, and intentionally. Though he cannot move quickly, this gives the turtle more time to practice faith and trust in all things. By applying YOUR faith and trust, you show honor and sincerity in all you say and do. That is how YOU channel truth.
